Trinity 1.7.2.4 BETA

jnew, make a fresh install of everything. re-configure the trinity settings in latest version and if you need to apply it on several other bots, just go to settings and copy the CharacterSettings.xml from the optimized bot and paste it into the other #b-tag folders.

Thank you for trying to help Mammon, but I did do a clean install. In fact, I just tried again with a completely new folder. Unzipped DB 178, Trinity v1.1 routine, and Trinity 1.7.2.3 into the plugin folder. No other plugins. I then switch the Item Rules Type to "File Based Script Rules", go to ItemRules tab and select Hard, hit the Reload Script Rules --> CRASH (Demonbuddy has stopped working error window).

This isn't happening to anyone else?

same thing hapens to me plus lots of disconnects , have gone back to 1.7.2.2 for the time being
 
Liking the new version, but it's not picking up Tomes of Secrets. I have "Pickup Craft Tomes" checked, but no dice. Any files I can edit to help, without changing loot rules? Using Trinity Scoring currently. Thanks =)
 
It's still in progress.

Here's what you (or anyone) can do to help:
1) Enable Trinity Advanced > Log Dropped Items
-- this will output a .csv file into Trinitylogs\<BattleTag>\ItemsDropped_PlayerClass_Date.csv
-- upload this CSV to the forums - it contains no personally identifiable information, just a bunch of item stats
2) There's a TranslationFix.txt file in Trinitylogs\<BattleTag>\
-- Upload this file to the forums

In terms of specifics, we need two things to make this happen:
The 'GameBalanceId' and 'ACDItem.Name' from every single legendary item that's in Legendary.dis. Once I have it... we can complete the implementation.

I just checked for

and there isn't such file in any of my char's folders.
 
how do i setup the bot to only pickup Emeralds, rubys, Amethyst and legendary plans but no demonic essenz etc..

every option ill try is that he just dont pick up any emeralds etc even if it is checked that he should pick it up.

this new option "misc items" confuses me a bit- ill tryed "all inferno misc" and "marquise plans only" with "marquise plans only" why u can still enable "amethyst, emerald, etc" ?

i dont get that..

tryed now nearly each combination but no one seems to keep the gems.

Get the latest version, there is separation for those in it.

i would just like to know why when i added this plug in my wd only seems to want to use locust swarm

Can you both zip and attach a log?

It looks like the Trinity Plugin was installed but NOT enabled in this particular case - but I need to see the actual log to confirm.
 
Added 1.7.2.4 attachment to this thread. Keep the feedback flowing ... :)

  • Now picks up craft tomes regardless of misc item level selection if we've chosen to pickup craft tomes
  • Hard rules will now always keep Archon plans and Marquise designs - feel free to edit hard\common.dis
  • Should be better about checking for nearby monsters while trying to Town Portal
  • Added a few missing entries to translation.dis
  • Fixed molten core avoidance (i hope!)
  • Wizard Teleport, Twister, and WitchDoctor Acid Rain are now better at finding cluster targets
  • Some additions and fixes/tweaks to TargetUtil GetBestClusterPoint
  • Once again attacks and kills Ghom (his boss SNO was missing... weird)
  • Small adjustment to IsAttackable detection - should be faster and more reliable as well
  • Small adjustment to TrashMob Cluster detection - changed movement speed update to every Movement request/tick and reduced minimum movement speed to ignore trash mobs, and reduced minimum range for trash mob to be ignored to 2f RadiusDistance
  • Added townPortalOnTimeout="True/False" to TrinityExploreDungeon (for tinnvec :))

Gems and gem levels are handled completely separately from the rest of the misc items, and have their own dropdown. This version has a scrollbar so you need to scroll down a bit to set the options. I will make future versions cleaner (without the scrollbar) so that it's clearly visible.

This means the current translation.dis file you have already has all the GameBalanceId's... so we're almost there. I added some in 1.7.2.4.

I will take a look at the 'use itemId's instead of names' option and see if we can get it working... I may need darkfriend's help but I will give it a shot on my own.

I've revamped the legendary.dis using the ITEMID instead, works as intended :)

with the changes to the item settings... do we need to delete our character settings file with this upgrade?

Yeah, i guessed it is cuz of the fact that i am using 1.7.2.3 version, but a permanent solution will be just perfect. Thanks :)
