Trinity 1.7.2.13

Hey rrrix. Thanks for all your work on trinity.

it still ignores the Gore Harrier birds in act 2

Do you know why?

Trinity won't attack it if it's flying, because.. it can't be attacked :)

If it's not flying, then it's because it's probably blacklisted in the profile.

What profile are you running?

It would make sense that Trinity, since the mob can't be attacked for the first 5 or 6 seconds it shows up, just chooses to Blacklist it? I kind of remember reading of that trinity behaviour

No, it doesn't permanently blacklist them. It just ignores them until if/when they're attackable.

If you fight mobs they land instantly and it still dont kill them.

No, it doesn't permanently blacklist them. It just ignores them until if/when they're attackable.

Can you do a test with the profile i linked? Then you can see it wont attack them.

Go to Plugins\GilesTrinity\Dictionaries.cs

Find this line (line 195):

            //blackhawk
            3384,
And delete it.

Not sure who/where this was added... anyways, that will solve your issue. It will be removed in the next Trinity.

rrrix, I'm not sure if this is an issue with trinity, but I still seem to have problems with my barb whilst he WWs - he doesnt seem to avoid the molten cores well. Because I'm new I'm not sure if my settings are correct or if this is infact an issue. Again, great to see your constant persistence with improving trinity, it really is great!

I may not respond to every single question you ask me, but, It and it goes on my to-do list. Imagine if I had to respond to EVERY SINGLE QUESTION - I wouldn't get anything done.

I had a question as I lack the insight in how db/trinity works, so wondering if you could shine some light on it for me before I dig deeper.

Basically I want to know if it would be possible to setup a customisable gear swap depending on the environment, aka switch to certain pieces of gear (Immo king belt, stone of jordan) when focusing elites, and swap back when there are none around.

I checked Apoc's mf gear swap plugin and the code is pretty straight forward. The thing I don't know is if it could be combined with protected bag slots so that the bot doesn't sell/stash the farming gear.

What's your take on this?

It's possible, yes. I won't be adding it to Trinity though.

Just as note, avoidance should NOT be added to blacklists, this obviously makes trinity do weird stuff... not sure why it was attacking it though, that's even weirder.

My trinity is avoiding them correctly!
