Trigger gems problem

So I'm currently using the non-beta and when using multiples of the same skill (i.e. EK with the use of trigger gems) it does not register any main ability at all (I am using ek as my main skill)

remove trigger-ed spell from the skillbar

Lol, I have attempted to do just that, but it still does not work.

I use EK as my main skill (take off all other EKs linked with trigger gems aka cast when stunned, cast when damage taken, etc. etc. from the cast bar). Ultimately it does not register EK as my main skill and registers nothing as my mainskill- runs into a pack of mobs and does nothing.
