"Tried to complete quest 5 times with no sucess." - Hit ESC?

Anybody know how to code something where if it sees "Tried to complete quest 5 times with no sucess.", to ESC / close out of that quest, for the most part it'll work when you do that.

Or if somebody can point me to the direction where I can make it on my own, would be great =)
