I have a cousin that has an inactive account that I can use for SoR if buying one will be a hassle. Ive transferred chars between my accounts on different Bnet accounts. However, Im not sure if they just dont really review that the accounts or owned by the same person or not, as all my b net accounts use the same credit card for payment and are registered under the same name, but different email addresses.
