Question for all you fellow botters. How are you (or planning to) moving items/gold between your main and bot accounts? Bashok (sp?) made a comment that it would be easy for them to tell what accounts banned botter accounts were dumping large amounts of gold/items into. So that begs the question, if you want to keep from implicating your main account what method are you all using?

EDIT: Um admins not sure how this thread posted twice feel free to delete one of them (or merge them) sorry about that

Doesn't every account that share the same IP address and is involved in any gold/item trade (regardless big or small) gets flagged. (happened in WoW)

use the AH to filter it you lose 15% but who cares if it makes you feel safer.

i traded thousands of gold every week between accounts, sold thousands and thousands, had a guild bank (with all the botted gold) where all my IRL friends could grab the money they needed, nobody got banned: not me, not my friends, not the gold buyers

How do they deal with things like internet cafes, universities, coffee shops etc. All these kinds of places will have many users with the same IP. How can they differentiate? It was my understanding that if you have an account that has never used a bot they wont ban it, but i could be totally wrong about that. Also what is a good, reliable ip mask program?

i use a VPN on the comp i let the bot run. using "cyberghost" premium for 5eu/month but there is also a free version.
its pretty easy to set up and you can chose servers from all around the world as vpns, with prem account at least.

stop worrying so much guys
ive botted in every blizz game and they dont ban ur IP lol, why would that do that? they would be losing money cause u couldnt play, and blizz only cares about making that $$
if ur account gets banned from botting, thats the only thing thats going to get banned is your account.

also they are not going to track down the gold u made from botting either so just trade gold to your main

Dunno about that, I usually have 6 wow bots flying at a time and the only account that ever gets banned is the $5 vanilla account I sell gold from.
