Transfer Toons from a Flagged Account To a New Account Inside the same battle.net

The title speaks for it self. I currently have a Final Warning on a Account I enjoy, It's not a main account but the deal stands.

I was wondering if I can transfer Toons from the Flagged account on to a Brand new WoW Account inside the same Battle.Net to avoid the imminent closure ?

I contacted Blizzard about this in late WotLK, I'm sorry I don't have the exact quote but their wording was pretty much, "We'll take it into account." I don't know personally how I'd interpret that, however on the account I transferred my character to I've never had a warning or ban so I can't tell you exactly what will happen. The advice I'd give you is that if it's a very important character to you, such as your main, go ahead and transfer. If it's just a random 90 however I wouldn't say it's worth it.
