Transfer not working

I just bought the product and instantly encounter issues:
I click on Kingler and click transfer. In the top right corner it says: Cannot evolve Hypno, cannot evolve Kingler.

Why? I does not even looked on a Hypno and why it is trying to evolve them?

Additionally: Can I sort the pokemon other than CP? And drop Items?
