As the title says how risky is it transferring a botted char to my main? (different emails payment types just same name...)

I remember talking to a GM thru the chat some time this year and they said you can't transfer from one bnet to another if the personal information are not the same i.e.: same person.

I never done a transfer so I don't know how it works but I would image it verify if the other bnet does have the same credentials perhaps?

Correct unless you have multiple wow Accounts on your main account you cannot xfer between them.

You can ask them to merge the accounts meaning they will add the 2nd accounts CD Keys to your main so you will ahve multiple accounts attacked to 1 account. But Wow characters are Account bound meaning tied/locked to an email and wont move if you merge the accounts

What your trying to do will not work.

Everything says it will work transfer 1 level 100 character to my main account on a different email address I am at the final stage where I pay for the transfer on the battle.net site....

if they contain the same last name then typically it will go through. U should be fine. Ive done it many times

Out of 3 answer, not even one had read the question, hadn't it?

mightbaal simply ask if he would have any consequences for his main account, when he transfer a character from botting account to his main account (Guess not botting on it)

The answer is - NO!

There is no any risk, unless you have violated tons of rules, not related to botting with the "botted" account. Your penalty history is bound to the account, not to the characters within (If you have any previous bans on the account), the same applies to the botting behavior (As I assume thats what you have doubts for)

I don't know if there is even a "botting behaviour" archive tbh. I've been botting on my main account for over 8 years with the same characters and never been banned or anything.
