traceroute dies out

when i run "tracert hb.buddyauth.com" the traceroute dies out after 10.1.0.1

what can i do to fix this ??

edit: i can login at http://hb.buddyauth.com/ via my browser
pinging hb.buddyauth.com also works
firewall exception is set

traceroute has to die as we use Firewalls agains the DDoS
