TotemDelayMS in OldRoutine not working

I set the value to 5000 for TotemDelayMS , and I try to use a totme to do the curse job.
but, the bot will try to setup a totem all the time by ignoring the TotemDelayMS value, I think 5000 ms is 5 seconds, right?
in a battle, the totem is destory and the bot will try to set up another one, and because the totem will always be smashed very quickly
after it is placed, so the bot will busy seting up a new one, so a dead loop, the bot will not even attach because of this :( anyone else facing this issue? or I'm the only one?

and another question is, how to force the bot to cast curse even when there is only one monster around. usually, the bot will skip curse if there is not a big pack.
that's why I want the totem to help, but not work for me.

ok problem solved, don't need totem any more.
cachedMobsNearForCurse >= 1 will curse for even one monster around.
 
I got the same problem with my Dualtotem MFer.
Is there a way to fix this or is totem unplayable at the moment?
