Totem bot questions

Hey guys I was looking to make a sire of shards totem build for farming I was wondering how the bot handles totem builds nowadays i remember a while ago it just sat there and spammed totems and did not do much else

It was working in last two leagues , but far far from optimized for efficiency.

In my experience the best builds are melee "one button" builds for this type of thing. I personally use BV or cyclone, sometimes EQ builds work well also.
