Toon will never mount in BG

I'm running my 85 mage in AV and she will never mount, I have mount ticked in the settings, I'm using fpsware CC but if I use the default CC it does the same. It is making me look really botty running everywhere. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?

Did you try putting in a specific mount in the text box?
Do you have a Halloween costume on?

update your Hb to the latest one and try again plz

Ah, I had downloaded the newest but start menu shortcut still went to old one; thanks!
