No, no one has any solid facts. The only fact available is that the spawntimer is random but there is no information on the range since it's too long for anyone to make any kind of decent statistical analyses.

I am using this profile with RareKiller Plugin- on a level 70 twink, and I think bot found Time-Lost yesterday night, but I when I woke up I saw something like:

"""" The Bot will not try to kill Rare Mobs whose Level is 5+ higher then yours""""

So I was flying around for nothing, Anyone knows how to change that setting to kill any rare my character finds?
