Tony's Time Lost Proto Drake Profile/Storm Peaks[Gb2]

Is it possible to run this but instead of trying to kill it just have it follow it? (I want my farming account to follow it, once it finds it I'll summon my main) Also maybe whisper another toon if it's found?

rofl, I've camped it over a week and u get it after 20mins? ...... gz!

and alexko, that seems very uneffective doing it like that. why dont you just camp it with the character you want the mount on?
 
Hi tony, is this profile all good and working, i have just decided im going to go for it as i have nothing else to do atm.
Do i need any specific things ?
or can i just download the file and rarekiller,
put my char in storm peaks and hit start ?
 
So im rolling hunter, i found it one night, and all it did was take 209 screenshots of it, before just leaving it, then a small flip book photos of another player killing it looting it, then /emote laugh at me.


How do i get it to just stop following TLPD and actually kill the drake? It kep saying you can't use that skill because your are mounted. Yet, is there a way to run it so it dismounts uses a slowfall drink then hit its with arcane shot or something?
 
If anyone can help set this up please, im following the guides and stuff but im having trouble with the settings and what bot base to run it on, as in the guides for rarekiller it said grind bot or gb2 ?
also i have pala priest hunter, which si best for use ?

Make sure the option in interface>controls auto dismount in flight is checked....otherwise you cant cast spells while youre flying....the addon is suppose to get close, cast THEN hit slowfall
But as of lastest HB update I can't even get it to fly to Vyra or TLPD :(
 
did thes work without The RareKiller - All in One Killer Plugin with TLPD to update/fix ?

Yes there is since latest HB patch....Seems the plug in wont fly to TLPD or Vyragosa.....says cant reach mob dismount and walk.....even if you're right on top of it. Look at the rarekiller latest posts, seems a lot of people are having the same problem.

This also happens with other mobs, but after dismount it will walk over and kill the rares...not so with Vyra or TLPD because they fly and are faster.
 
Is this just set it up and forget it? Or is there a quest line I have to complete?
