Tony for support really sucks he only knows how to say two things

can you help the community out by telling us whats wrong with our bots? i think you are the only one who occasionally drop 1/50 games and run it 24/7 np.

maybe zip your db folder and upload it. so we can try your settings

edit: and you think everyone started out being an ass on the forums? the retarded support here is whats causing many trollish behavior

I am just using 279 and dre relogger, with trinity and rads, and act 3 pack nothing special, if it drops the relogger pops it back up and will blow through the failed sessions. It doesnt drop alot.

I am not argueing that sometimes support here isnt amazing, but as much as people get frustrated.. you have to look at it from their point of view as well (mods) . They will answer the SAME question 200+ times a day when generally someone else asked it already, and its on page 1 in support threads or with using the search function it can he answered.

I started here in HB and when I made a post for held someone said try the search function, I did... and it helped me... haven't looked back yet, its like google of the forums...

Alot of the people upset do not take into consideration anything but there own wants and needs, nor do they consider the fact what the buddy team has on their plate... not only with all the bots but dealing with lawsuits.


THESE BOTS ALL BEGAN AND GREW AS OPEN API BOTS, NEVER were they in a begining stage complex... ALOT the devs adopt from community plugins and alter.... ITS WHATS NICE about it... THE more smart people here helping the better shit always seems to get. But honestly is ANY of this ranting, doing anything but not only wasting your time, but the mods and devs as well.... It really pisses me off when I come on here and it seems like someone let a fucking zoo of apes lose on the forums because of the lack of actual progressively intelligent discussion... Its QQing trolls that are ruining these forums from actually even bothering to be on, and I am sure ALOT of causal people who could offer help quit checking them as well because people are so rude and disrespectful why the fuck waste out time for people who dont fucking appropriated shit....
 
REMEMBER SUPPORT IS FREE YOU DIDN'T PAY FOR IT... ALL YOU PAYED FOR WAS A KEY.

Lol I thought we paid for a working bot but Im starting to wonder if that was rly the case. You might be right tho, we might have paid for only a key.

Yeah I am trying to be cool. I made $60 today sitting at work and monitoring my bots with TeamViewer. Gotta appreciate the buddy team creating this bot in the first place.

Like I said, I had some frustrating days as well, and yea shit needs to change, but right now this is the only thing out there so it is what it is.

I think what's happening is these guys have full time jobs and they're just doing this on the side, or maybe they have very few people so they can't keep up with 4 separate bots and answering everyone's questions. Until competition comes along I don't see this changing.
 
Support is shit - But it's not about Tony. It's about the amount of staff.

Tony reponds to 500+ support issues a day - turned him into a robot with the same answer everytime. No time for in depth support, just the general troubleshooting, which might help 60%.

from my experiences. the support here is by far the worst out of all the softwares ive purchased. and its not even close. I guess db is developed by non professional people because the support doesnt meet the standards of most other softwares online. I am accepting that now.. and i just look elsewhere for support when things break.

Is Tony here just to troll people? Seriously fucking support is useless, basically if you can't get the bot working correctly you are screwed unless someone happens to have had the same thing happen to them and knows what the problem is and nice enough to help you.

Other than that you just get most mindless people saying "well it doesn't happen to me" --- the fuck?? good for you bro?

Were not even asking for much at all, just for the bot to work, god fucking damn.

If you've ever used other bots from other/older games you'll really feel my pain and how pathetic the people here are.

What software(s) are you comparing it to?

hmm, for example poker tracker 3, holdem manager, and other softwares that i ve purchased and used in the past. I ve never had any problems with other software support teams. They are always kind and provide good support.
 
I dont see why we all point to tony he was helpful to me, when anything gose wrong I pm him and he never delay on me.

one thing you people should understand wow get to change from time to time even Daiblo3, blizz keep changing codes and moke them more complicated form them to code the bot, its more like challenge going on between blizz and the bots.

Also for auth system apoc have responded for this issue they are working on a new auth system, as the old one is aged and cant hold on to this big numbers of users, apoc says auth system gets request 10k per sec that realy huge number, so give them chance they are doing great

Come on dude the English wasn't that bad. He said tony has answered his questions in a timely manner, the authorization system is being worked on since it's old, and that blizzard makes too many changes on a daily basis for the HB guys to keep up with, but they're doing the best they can.

As an above post said, our auth servers are aged. With a lot of our competition shut down, we received their customers.

Admittedly, support has been lacking. I just joined the team as Moderator and for the past week I had things come up where I could not be very active.
There are a lot of support requests.
We are now creating templates because we have to answer the same question over and over and over again.
And there are even some problems that I cannot solve myself and ask for help.

There are problem that we are unable to reproduce, no matter what we try.
