[Tony]Absence-Live Support offline-Forum support delays

From 28/8 to 13/9 i will be on vacations :)
During those days Live Support will be offline and i wont be on forums as well

Rest mods will cover me during my absence but you may encounter delays in support!

Your so-called "rest mods" aren't doing shit. We haven't gotten one word about what the progress of DB is. It's currently been down for 24 hours and still no information.

As if the comment you just wrote had the slightest maturity in it.

There are tons of people who paid for trial here and got nothing for it. At least information / progress should be posted, so that people know that things are being looked into. Ignoring the customers makes bad marketing. This is basic business.

Yes, maybe you are right, but why did you feel it's appropriate to post it under the guys vacation notice?

Why would I care about his vacation? I paid for something that didn't deliver. I know shit happens, and that's only natural. But I'm expecting information on the matter, not to be totally ignored in the support forum.

Refunds / extended period / estimated release time ....

Not true..... Delte everything start over. DB zip file is upgraded ran 100% today afk.... didn't DL anything else all included in DB Zip like buying it new.

You've earned your Vacation have fun forget about coding or whatever it is you geeks do so well.
