They get hit by Blizzard and abandon everyone after deleting their site/taking everything down.

I'm sorry but the irony in this is hilarious. Which makes me even more proud of the Demonbuddy team for sticking up for themselves/their users.



What are your thoughts? Maybe I'm missing some info? Anyways discuss ;)

everything about HB got shutdown , servers,site,forums and devs nowhere to be found

No, I meant what I said, talking about honorbuddy for world of warcraft, they didn't let blizzard punk them and are still up and running (track record shows they are in it to win it).

Guess hellbuddy naming idea actually got people tricked/confused. Smart business if you ask me, naming something similar for fast publicity =)

In other news, predicting DB database of users shooting up. Prepare for a fluctuation in DB bank account (any DB stocks I can invest in?) =)
 
Used hellbuddy before DB was available, was a great bot which would auto login and load any number of diablo clients. To much hate towards a bot which worked well even in beta. Used without being banned farming gold to gear my main char.... until demonbuddy released.

Shame was a great bot.

So how many sessions did you pay for?

and how many can you load now?

This is exactly why I chose demonbuddy, when I first played D3 I didn't see any bots but a few (tnt that got their code transferred because their name was similar to another companies and they lost clients), tried their beta, was okay, then hellbuddy I tried but even though it restarted a lot of the scripts had big issues (not saying some profiles in DB doesn't but HB was never flawless), IB was chill but the shittiest support on the planet and they up and ran from their customers too, at least they still WORK.

But yeah, Hellbuddy was out and after looking at both companies I knew Demonbuddy was where to go, everything from the customer service to the bot itself to them giving blizzard the finger in the past won me over hard.

I feel bad for the HB users who paid for lifetime/multiple licenses, I hope they can do chargebacks, because that is some shady shit, especially after all the trash talk they did about their bot being the "best" and how they'd rape DB in the butt. Yeah, went so smoothingly.

HEHE yeah i understand this never bought mainly because the support wasnt there, reason i bought and still use db looking better each week... All it needs is a built in relogger like hellbuddy.
 
im am ( i still like to think that way ;) ) or realisticly was a hellbuddy customer... and might do the switch to demonbuddy now. which will not be cheap.. ;(

hadnt the time to get devs or core team members of the hellbuddy "project" into e.g. my skype or built a personal relationship with them over other communication channels than their forum and pms (which went down..)

so im totaly in the dark right now.. bot is still up and running (have to test if reauthentication is possible..)
but i have no clue whats going on or when/if the situation will be resolved.

so here are my questions to the demonbuddy community & spokespersons

# lets say your forum (main way of getting infos) goes down for whatever reason.. what other communication channels do i have to get infos (irc, twitter, backup info channels ?)

# does anyone have proofable or comprehensible information about the "helbuddy situation" ?


i am totally new to botting in general, but i like the szene/subculture and the concept/idea of botting, or at least my version of it.
guess i have to invest some work into runescape botting ;) till i am sure about the state of hellbuddy.. if its down for good ill go demonbuddy.

hellbuddy is up? users on ownedcore confirmed that both the main and backup server is down for their bot =O

if you research demonbuddy it a bit you'd see they do an amazing job making sure their product is usable by as many people as possible. I'm sure someone with more experience can answer their other contacts like IRC etc, I'm still fairly new as well :)

after the injunction anyone outside of germany can use it no problem.

as far as hellbuddy, screenshots on ownedcore were posted from the admins and they said to take their website down and the project is over.
 
hellbudy was good bot actualy i used it while it was free and farmed up quite abit of gold running 20 accs or so at once with no bans.Shame dev team was actualy so lame.They made good product but lol trashing site like that and everything without refunding their customers is lol

anyway, backup communication channels got very important to me.. ;) would like to get a statement from a db spokesperson..
