Warum sollte eine GmbH "ung?ltig" sein, wenn sie etwas produziert bzw. vertreibt, was in Deutschland "verboten" ist?

Reines "H?hrensagen" oder gibts da irgendwas essenzielles zu?!

was ist eine ung?ltige gmbh? eine gmbh ist eine gmbh, kraft gesetzes, wenn sie ein paargr?ndungsvoraussetzungen erf?llt hat. der handel, bzw ein aktives gesch?ftsleben ist keines der gr?ndungskriterien.
und warum sollte eine gmbh die keinen gesch?ftsbetrieb hat eine ltd. werden? gmbh = juristische person deutschem rechts, ltd. = juristische person britischem rechts.

I'm really getting tired of reading your mindless prattle. You're wrong at least 90% of the time about virtually everything you discuss on these forums. That's quite a feat.

The way I see's it, they're just waiting to double everyone's sessions, which they would need to wait until after the injuction in Germany to do.

This beats doubling all non-German sessions now, keeping track of who has and hasn't been doubled, and then doubling sessions for German patrons.

I mean, HB guys have enough on their plates without keeping track of all that extra session doubling bs.

If he was money hungry, he wouldn't have fought back against blizzards request for him to shutdown (take money and run, in it for the short run)... also we live in a capitalist world so it's actually expected for people to earn their way in the world without a money limit.

schwer vorzustellen, dass blizz das zulassen w?rde im falle einer niederlage ;)
die gehen im falle des falles doch eh in die n?chste instanz. alles andere w?re ein wunder.
