Welcome to the internet. I truly hope this isn't your first time.... If you think people posting 'reflecting this upon others who don't share your point of view' is something that shouldn't be posted on a public internet forum, you really, truly are, naive - in ever sense of the word.

If you think no one should every stick their head up with something they find or disagree with, you are the reason behind many of the failed issues in the world. Please, for the love of god, don't be a lemming or sheep your entire life.

I hate posts like this. The people posting here have complaints, they are CUSTOMERS and have every right to do so, if all you have to do is sit here telling people to go outside, maybe you should to?

If I buy web hosting and it goes down, you better be sure im going to be bitching at them constantly till they get it back up. Same thing here.
 
for all the moderators pontificating and efforts to make us feel as if they are "really part of Bossland" they do very little imo to update with anything other than the standard stuff about " were really working hard" and " please be patient" let us have a rant wtf is it to you if the thread is allowing us to let of steam in frustration at yet more down time
 
Bossland and the crew are doing an amazing job. Cheap bot, great costumer service most of the time. What are you complaining about?

Yes, the bot is down sometimes, deal with it. Just see it as a day or two off from the botting. More stealth.

Also depends on your definition of uptime. HB's servers are never down. But when a patch comes out nothing they can do about it.
Its like your cable company working fine but the power company blowing up and shutting off your access to cable. Its not the cable companies fault.
Nothing HB can do when patches like these come out, especially little ninja patches.

I see your point in trying to play Devil's Advocate (I do it frequently). However, coming from the IT world, the end user doesn't care. Unless it is something I can directly control (like my ISP, or something within my own network), uptime is use of the product. What your referencing would be akin to not being able to use the Microsoft Office Suite, because I had no power in my home. It's more like, I can't use the Office Suite, because Microsoft required me to patch it every 24 hours, and their patch server was down.

I payed lifetime as well, ninjapatches happen and will happen again so your whining is really pointless.

This is what happens everytime the bot gets a little down-time, people will act like crying children.

Its pathetic.
 
OK, here is the big picture, HB uses the 99.9% up time, be it the auth server or bot as a selling point to encourage new users to purchase the bot. Technically speaking, why would you want to announce to the world an auth server has an 99.9% uptime, who cares? What people do care about, and what they are mislead to believeing is that the bot has a 99.9% up time. New users have no idea what an auth server is, most would think they are refering to the bot. Personally I believe this is done intentionally since I see no reason to promote a 99.9 % auth server being up.

Edit: If you create a situation by intentionally misleading people, you have no right to complain when they discover they have been mislead.

They have already updated the offsets lol, there were pretty much no offset changes for this patch that affected HB(less then .100 bytes change)

So basically you are that 12 yr old who just stuffed a bottle of pepsi down his throat hissing that he needs his fcking e-net back... plz dude. zip it.

You pay for a lifetime service, updating is service as well, it takes em time, dont like it... move on... really!

And on another note, few patches ago, there wasnt even a update thread. Now we are being kept in the loop somehow. I think kick even got tired of deleting all
the crying threads every patch.

No where have I complained about the bot being down, I completely understand the down time with a new patch. This post was referencing another post that was locked, and referring to the 'false advertising' of the bot saying it was up 99.9%, which it simply is not.

If you have something to add that concerns the original post, I am all ears.
 
All blizzard has to do to stop HB is release a small patch once a week. There will be so much downtime no one will buy it.

It is working as advertised it also promises us our safety, which is why its not being released.

Your ot post was false, so thats why the crying over it.

You got a lifetime pass, and when its 99.9 % of YOUR lifetime up, then they are right.

No one said it was 99.9 % a day. Want to discuss?

No, thought so, since its just as pointless as making a argument over a uptime status.

No where in it's advertisement does it mention protection against warden or any sort of anti cheat measure. So your wrong, it does not promise you any safety whatsoever actually.

I know in China, they censor the internet as they say it is for the "safety" of users. The same in many other parts of the worlds. Its all for "safety" dont you know. Its not because there are not enough developers working on this. Its totally just for "safety".
 
all they have to do is update offsets which takes 10 minutes tops... instead choose to hold release not letting 30000+ ppl play only to update a small useless bug
