To many sessions active

Hi it says that to many sessions are currently active, but when I look in Log On
- Buddy Auth Portal it does not show any sessions, so what could be wrong? :O

Open task manager and kill any HB sessions there, sometimes they don't close properly.
HB3 does not show up on session list in Buddy Auth, that is normal Tony said.

I have restarted my pc and still get the same error, should I not be able to see if a session is on, so I can kill it.?
