To Fix FPS in Background Mode?

Hi guys

Anyone know how to fix FPS in SWTOR like in WoW /console maxfps ? SWTOR "eat" almost all system even it background :\

if using 1 client - use dxtory or innerspace
if using more than 1 client... innerspace will do this for u
