TL not loaded

Hi! I installed .net framework, but TL not loaded. It gives an error with MSVCP100.dll. I reinstalled, reboot win and dancing with tambourine a round my computer. Nothing didnt help me.

You can have even 1 gold This is stupid idea to have gold/premium because 90% people buy 100/200/400 gold for 1 euro to run TL.

Guys! When i can download all maps for tl? Just now tl give me error "couldn not file 31_airfield_x_x.path(i forgot what wersion )"
