Does anyone have any tips besides the red stone in the helmet to increase XP?

Hellfire ring+Leorics Ring+Leorics Crown with Ruby gem+Boon of the Hoarder+Crusterian Wristguards.
If you're using DH ferret companion will pickup gold if you have WD then use Thing of the Deep mojo.
Well, that focuses on pure XP build - you may need to compensate for the lack of DPS.
