Does anyone have any experience as to how long this issue can take be resolved im new to hb and love it... Also love the fact that thay try to protect our accs in a rapid way by shutting it down just curios to know your thoughts on how long these things can take (again im not moaning in anyway about the downtime ) thanks..
 
From few hours to few days, usually. With more severe problems to deal it, the more downtime is expected .... so you cannot even expect anything more specific, if not said from Buddy Staff.
 
no thats fine i hope they take the time needed to correct it looking forward to it back up and running whenever they can :)

thats what they do :p so asking for more information is kinda non-sense tbh
 
i only ask as im very new to hb only started yesterday im in no hurry for a fix i was just curious as to what the experienced guys had to say :)
 
well mostly its done in 24h, sometimes there is a longer interval but that depends on the problems they have to face and i actually never saw this "error" before so personally i cant tell you :p
 
It took about a month last time they made big changes to warden before they could be certain it was safe
