Hello ppl

Please use the New Plugin:
Rare Killer - All in one Killer Plugin

I wrote a little Plugin to pull the Timelost Protodrake and Vyragosa.
If your WOW notices one of these two Rare Mob, HB will fly to him and aggro him with an instant spell.
If falling down from the Mount the slow fall plugin will cast slow fall, so you wont die. Ones Aggro your CC will bring it to the end and loot the Mob. And you could use this Plugin beside Gathering or Arching :)

Please Notice:
This Plugin is only testet with Little Fluffy Rabbits and Reanimated Frost Wyrms in Dragonblight, because I havn't met one of the both Drakes yet. There it works fine. As a Tester please use the Addon NPC-Scan beside this Plugin to check if my Plugin works correctly and gimme Feedback :). I know the Plugin doesn't work 100% correct, but I'm working on the bugs!

How to use:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of Honorbuddy and lifetime or paid flyingplugin
  2. Place the two .cs files in your HonorBuddy/Plugins folder and enable it
  3. Make sure you activated "automatically dismount" in WOW-Configs
  4. Slowfall(Mage), Levitate(Priest) and Snowfall Lager is implemented by default in the attached Plugin slowfall.cs. Just buy 5-10 Slowfall Lager and it works by default. If you playing with another language (e.g. german) you have to replace Snowfall Lager with the Item in your Language e.g. Schneefall Lager
    Hint: If you want to use another Item or Spell to get slowfall abilities you have to config the Item manually in the slowfall.cs-File.
  5. Please test if the Slowfall-Plugin works correctly by dismounting above the Ground before you start the Bot
  6. You could run these plugin with GB2 and the attached Profile TLPD.xml
    This Plugin takes control over your toon when he realizes one of the rare drakes and aggros him, hb will do the rest.
Thats it

Pull-Spells per Default:

  • Priest: Shadow Word Pain
  • Mage: Ice Lance
  • Warrior: Heroic Throw
  • Hunter: Arcane Shot
  • Rogue: Fan of Knives
  • Death Knight: Icy Touch
  • Paladin: Hand of Reckoning
  • Shaman: Flame Shock
Version:
Update 14/03/2011 = Implement better Log outputs, if found something to monitore the behavior of the bot.
Update 15/03/2011 = Implement Pullspells per Class so you don't have to config them any more
Update 16/03/2011 = Replace Thrown with Fan of Knifes (Rogue Pull Spell) and Update the Slowfall.cs with better commends so it is maybe easier to config it if you want to replace the Default Slowfall ability
Update 18/03/2011 = Implement that the Bot will fly to the Corpse and Loot him if HB could not generate a Path

Next Steps:

  • Combine all Rare-Mob-Killer Plugins to one with a little Config Window where you can choose what Rare Mobs you want to kill --> BC/WOTLK/only TLPD/ every Rare seen
    Notice: This is a greater Projekt, just gimme some weeks to realice it
  • Implement a little Config-Window for the Slowfall-Plugin where you can Config your Slowfall-Item/-Spell

Aeonaxx is the Problem that you have to Mount him and ... I don't exactly know what then and which behavior is needed.
But I take a look at this :) because I want him, too
 
Yes it could. You only have to insert the IDs in the Plugin (Open with Editor)
I only make it for Rares in BC, WOTLK and Cataclysm and another one for TLPD/Vyragosa. Look in my other Threads :)

Please reload the Plugin Slowfall.
I implemented a little Timer that the Plugin only casts the Slowfall ability if you were falling longer then 1 second
 
I let it run overnight, and looking at the loot it seems to have killed Vyragosa at some point. NPCScan had a notification up for Dirkee though, so I assume he showed up after Vyragosa.

[edit] Yup, checked the log, definitely took out Vyragosa.

Maybe it is clever also to implement killing Dirkee?
Because the Plugin only kills Vyragosa and the Timelost Protodrake, these two dragons share the respawntimer.

Didn't work for me. Found the Time-Lost Protodrake while I was afk and didn't kill it.

I came back 10 mins later to the npc_scan response and no kill/loot. Hope it was just a fluke, I will be continuing my hunt for the TLPD.

Could have been. I wish I was there to see what went wrong. I'm in no way saying this plugin doesn't work, just that it didn't for me. I'm still going to be using it as much as possible in the coming weeks until I get the drake.
 
I got a second Vyragosa kill, but it died in the process. I wasn't watching it at the time, I suspect it ran into her over a chasm or something. I'll be trying it out with a single hotspot profile, since I haven't seen anyone camping the frozen lake recently.
 
The Plugin will do nothing if he found one of the drakes dead, but NPC-Scan will alert anyhow. I will implement today a little Log-text if he founds a dead drake to monitor this.
Anyhow please insert your Logs (tvsian and jon310) maybe I could find out what happens.

I only tested the Plugin with Dummy-Mobs (like the Reinkarnated Frost Wyrms in Dragonblight) and there it works great. Testing on the TLPD is sadly impossible.

I got a second Vyragosa kill, but it died in the process. I wasn't watching it at the time, I suspect it ran into her over a chasm or something. I'll be trying it out with a single hotspot profile, since I haven't seen anyone camping the frozen lake recently.

MountVehOnly - you can call your plugin to use the mountvehonly sequence in the behavior if you're skilled (probably) - mountvehonly is just like interactwith

Can I use this behavior direktly in a Plugin or just in a Profile?
