Can someone explain exactly this new stat means?

I reckon it's something to do with "actions per second" but not sure.
 
Sort of what I thought yeah. Mine is at 25 all the time.

What are you guys at?

Can I increase it? Enabling hyper threading, will that help?

Db has its ticrate limited .. so you would not get a much higher value and higher is not needed
