What is the bottleneck for TPS generally? Processor or video card?

If u need more TPS just try set 9999 in TPS settings box and set high process priority to diablo and buddy in task manager

TPS settings only go to 30, am I missing something.
Currently only getting about 15 and i'd like to at least hit 25ish, bot is working but sometimes gets a little ditsy and runs back and forth and seems out of sync sometimes.
