Thunderstorm Affix is broken in Avoidance.

I won't leave my usual 10 paragraph explanation.

Bots completely ignore my avoidance setting for Thunderstorm.

Treats it like health percent is set to 100% and range is set to 1.

I have tested at 71%, 41% 11% and 1%. I even turned off the setting completely. I have restarted my game, DB, computer between changing settings. Nothing fixes it.

I have watched dozens of thunderstorm encounters over 2 days. The second the affix is cast, the bots go absolutely nuts.

Please take a look into this.

Looks like it's doing the same with Arcane Sentries. The more I watch, the more it's confirming.

As a result, I typically am losing a lot of my GRifts due to Thunderstorm and Arcane Sentry elites.
