Three questions about DB and botting in general

1. In general is it more profitable to do champion runs or gold runs? PURELY FOR $$ SAKE. I would assume champion runs because you would get a decent amount of gold as well as the possibility of good drops but I have no idea.
2. After choosing said run which hero would cost the least amount (in terms of cost and time) to set up and run.
3. If you have a legit account never botted on or tampered with, and you use this as your selling hub is it possible for this account to be banned?

1: I believe it's champion farming
2: Probably a barbarian, at least it used to be like that
3: Well technically according to the EULA they can ban you for well, anything they'd like to. Nothing is sacred and safe.

Thank you, also does anyone know if blizzard ever bans based off of paypal connection? say if you have 20+ accounts all linked to one paypal and your selling RMAH on all of them and one is triggered for botting im assuming all will be instantly triggered? thoughts?

1. I'd say champion farming is more profitable. It's kind of hard to say because people haven't really gold farmed in a while. A while back I recall people were getting around 400-500k gph doing Sarkoth and Core runs, but most well geared champion farmers are getting similar numbers now plus items.
2. Barbarians are the most popular, but I've found that similarly geared monks do very well too. I've tried DH's and Wizards but they don't seem to farm any faster even with a very high DPS.
3. Yes it's certainly possible and many people have had their mules banned. It's less likely though, I'd say you have something like a 50-50 shot. Numerous people have had like 14/15 of their chars banned, with the sole survivor being the mule, but just as many have had all 15 wiped as well.
idk about paypal, but if the accounts are reviewed manually they definitely might take that information into consideration. If you're resusing a paypal that was attached to an account that was banned a while back I don't think that would be an issue though.
