This contradicts what I assume is your hypothesis that DB is detected. You just stated that it was detected. And a few sentences down, you used this sentence saying that you actually have no idea if it detected.

This is your next sentence which says that as soon as you start seeing people banned. You are going to start up again. You must be a complete idiot. If what you say is true, which I have seen you posting on many threads arguing to people with your nonsense. Then you would have to be one of the biggest hypocrites I have ever noticed.

If no bans handed this week or next then we are good to go.
Your last sentence, which is my favorite because you stopped typing. After all your bullshit that I had to read, you went ahead and stated that there might not be any bans. This is after the fact that you said DB was detectable, that people got banned every week, and the fact that you made your account on exactly the same day that the ban wave occurred gives me only one conclusion:

Dude we are in DB Bot forum, not teach me or speak in correct Grammar/English piece of crap. Do you think by doing this will boost your E pen*s and make you famous, LOL?! @ topic, it's too late now to invest on this dead game. They will ban your ass eventually when they comeback from their holiday vacation.

Not a good time to start without any investment in DB keys and etc. Should wait and see if market can turn around with future releases :D

Also, what I have wrote is probably more informative then what you've said, all you have said is stating that it is detected without any sort of proof. Maybe you should remove your tinfoil hat ;)


@OP, If I were you, I would attempt 4 Bots, if you're able to run that many that is. Once they'll all 60, within a few days/hours, then hopefully you'll be gaining good loot quickly, and you'll be paying off that bill, and turning into profit. You could either bot the levels 1-60, or maybe full quest them :)

You do realize, of course, that if Blizzard has found a way to detect DB, they will likely keep banning in inconsistent ways to make it look like they may have, but also may not have? After all, if they tip their hand, it just means the DB devs will hunt harder to find what's detectable, thus removing their advantage..

I'm the know-it-all? I never claimed it was how they do it. I said it's likely. It IS likely. It would make sense.

However, go ahead with your theory that they always ban at patches and maintenance, ignoring the several times they have not, and the several instances where between two people doing the exact same behaviour, profile, plugins, 24/7 schedule, for the same amount of time, one gets banned and one doesn't.

And while I wouldn't mind vacationing in Havana, I'm not going back there, especially since I've never BEEN there.

But that's okay, too.

I woudln't do it. They seem to do banwaves about every month or so, so unless you get super lucky and land an item that sells well you'll barely make your money back, or get banned before you do.

Proof? As I've had my main botting since day one, that is with this bot, as well as another which doesn't operate any more. Also, I had a few others bots, one was banned for Sarkoth, which probably was repetitive way point clicking, and the others were hit on the 18/12/12 slaughter, of which had been botting non stop for several months.

Nyxes, clearly trolling.. No one is that stupid.

What do you mean by proof? Go look at the dec 18th banwave post. A lot of people get caught during the big banwaves, so when when they do happen (roughly every month or every few months from my knowledge) you have a very good chance of being banned. If you weren't banned all this time then you're probably one of the luckier people or happened to not bot on that day or whatever other factor.
 
you guys get that everyday you wait if there is going to be a wave is a day you loose to make profit. either go strong right after the wave or wait for the next wave. everything else is pissing away money
 
I personally bought 6x Diablo 3 during the christmas sales.

Two of them got banned within a week while the other four survived.

haven't made profit yet, but i'm soon there :)

Would you please watch the tone and content of your posts. No one deserves to be talked to this way. Please show a little maturity.
 
i agree, this forum needs some Mod's that take care about the tone.
it is getting worse every day.

i am sure one of the reasons why legit players hate "botter" and (lets call us) "cheater" is because such a high percentage here act like crazy monkeys with puberty problems. It's a shame, this is no laughing matter!

back 2 the topic:

i can tell you that blizzard has choosen to keep a decent % of botters alive. For the moment. This is the only hint we can work with and calculate our money-flow.

Remember the banwaves in Diablo II: Maphack and some other hacks where detected and you got the ban INSTANT when u used it. Because there were no regular maphack-updates and warden scanned often.
NOW we got a completely different situation and there is NO static point we can work with expect the fact that blizzard let the bot community live for a long long time.

Everyone should make his decision alone (!) instead of flame posting in countless tinfoilhat-threads...
I made my decision concerning my bot behaviour. Everyone else can do this too.

now that there is a new ban wave.

thanks for the input it made me decide not to go buy more diablo 3's

And to everyone talking about bans on tuesday/wednesday/newpatch

you guys look plan stupid now!

Brought 4x Diablo 3s, Leveling them all by hand for old time sake, well, along with a follow me plugin! :D
