This is not a bug- Want to Disable the use of Blind when using Singular on Rogue

Hello Devs

While botting on a Rogue using singular combat routine.
The bot uses the spell blind.
When a mob is blinded the bot waits an entire minute until the blind drops in order to attack it. When grinding this just waste a lot of time.
I looked at class config there was no option to disable the use of Blind.

I request instructions on how to disable the use of blind.

I was able to disable Blind, but doing so disabled the use of evasion preparation and vanish. This will work since all i am doing is grinding
