Ive been buying and using this bot since 2013, but only since 2013 has this thing went from being something awesome to something like most typical products evolve into, just uselessness.

Im sorry if thats insulting but the fact is, you're insulting your fan base and customers with what you have now as a bot.

I remember when there used to be a lifetime bot membership, I stupidly paid for it, to only find out later that it would be taken away and no grandfathering in or anything would be implemented for those that spent the money on that. You right there, killed your original fan base. Am I super upset with losing my lifetime membership? No not really, you guys need to make your money too, but the problem is, you took that away, took everyone keys away, expect everyone to pay for this "Working bot" thats hardly working anymore.

The point Im trying to make is, I used to be able to walk away from this bot for days, weeks, it was fully functional, didnt need to be babysat, and the down times were a few hours to a day or 2 for patches. Now Im paying for a product thats barely functional, sometimes I cant even get the thing to run smooth for an hour and I have to sit here and watch it, whats the point of paying for something that doesnt work like you advertise it to? You gutted your dev team and limited who could work on the bot, and now your fan base waits days to months for a "working bot".

Now what Im mad about is the fact that I wanted to give this bot another shot, I paid for a weeks worth of botting, completely fooled by your statement that the bot was working, only to log in and find a patch had occurred, no matters I thought, itll be a few days tops. Mind you, Ive been paying and using this product since 2013, and what do I see, a bot that isnt working, Im literally staring at a post for over a month waiting for this bot to work again. I finally give up but was promised extended time for "what I paid for"

Well I waited too long I guess, because I activated my key and didnt realize the bot was down bc you guys advertise that the thing is working, you guys added time to it a month or so after I said "I give up", so the bot time ran down out of my hands and your solution is to give me a 48 hour key on a bot that still doesnt work? Gee thanks, Im sp very thankful for all this. Now Iver tried running it, and it has FPS issues, then I try using this updated trinity and the bot doesn't function at all, so now Ive wasted a 48 hour key on something I got to run for an hour tops.

What a load man, you are killing those that stuck around and paid for this whatever you want to call it now, bc its not the Demon buddy I liked.

So thanks from a more loyal customer of this product, and I dont care how people take this, I dont care if you remove this or whatever but I thought you needed to hear how it feels to be on this side looking in.

Season 15 and Demonbuddy, working as of 21th September 2018! Really ?! You guys lied to your customores that its working and many people bought the product. I am so dissapointed not able to use since i bought it , cos its very laggy and unplayble.
 
I completely agree with you, I subscribe to your words. Bot began to use in 2014-15gg, and it worked perfectly. There were no friezes and lags, there was no subsidence of fps to 1. And now, I can not even watch TV shows and just dig up the pages in the browser, because the bot begins to frieze terribly, lag. I do not know what could have happened to him,and I hope that this bot will be the way it was in 2014-15gg, developers, we believe in you, do not let us down and do not disappoint us. At night, also write do not recommend it, because in greater rifts(especially long) he began bluntly to get lost.
 
Tony and the rest of the staff are taking a childish stance. Instead of listening to their faithful customers (I've been a customer since 2010 when I had lifetime keys that ultimately got changed) they have been banning/deleting users and posts. I was patient when they took my lifetime keys away. I am not patient when you provide a product with the same functionality as it did 1 year ago. 0 major enhancements. The only thing they did was took combat profiles a few years ago and added them into the bot. Whooopie! The underlying functionality of the bot hasn't changed or evolved. I mean, it's sad that we can't even do full bounty clears. It simply doesn't work. Tony and the rest of the dev's are just laughing all the way to the bank. I'm personally done giving them my money. My goal is to get more folks to vote with their wallets. There is another bot that does MUCH better job with 0 lag.

This is the kind of stuff Im looking for and now I feel a little better knowing Im not one of the only ones. Im just surprised really, the devs and the team used to be a lot different and now theyre just grasping onto straws I feel like. Id rather they shut this down and try to get something real back up, or just not come back up at all.

Im honestly surprised I havnt gotten a message or a reply from someone on the team, at least to give me some faith, but no... guess my words are as useless as I am a loyal customer.
 
Why would you Seero? They will just delete any post that anti-dev related. They obviously cannot take constructive criticism from their customers. The ONLY reason they exist is because of us. The problem is they will continue to exist if people keep purchasing their products.

If you don't mind me asking, what's the name of the other bot that does work?
I wasn't aware that there were any others, so I would definitely give that one a try
 
I sent it in a private message to you. I guess I could have posted here, but I am still holding out hope that Tony is listening to us and will kick the Dev's in the nuts to get a working bot.

I think The Buddy is not able to do anything better at this point since all the good programmers have already left. It is not easy to maintain the bugs fix and services to ensure the bot runs smoothly with the current update of D3. Moreover, it would take more time to have an update for each patch. Therefore, they do not have an answer to this kind of question. I don't think that they will refund the day(s) that you were unable to run the bot because of the service/server down; however, even if they have a way to adjust your time correctly, do you have fun with a lot of delays and have to watch the bot almost all the time?

I think it is time to move on and forget this Buddy!
