Just started DB and d3 after several years again. Getting this weird error when I downloaded the new 1.1.3069 patch and tried to start it up.

Did you try these steps from the .470 build thread?

I assume you're running the latest .470 stable release since you also posted in that thread?
If not, I would suggest starting there
Quick solution when I start having big malfunctions is to start with a fresh install anyways. Perhaps try the installer rather than the .zip. See Why Below...

Make sure you're running proper .NET framework.
Based on the image you posted specifically telling you this, I would assume it will solve your problems

According to the Dependency Wizard Thread the tool is out of date, but perhaps there is something else you're missing...
The Dependency Wizard Thread states to use the INSTALLER rather than the ZIP file:

You should be downloading the 'installer' for the particular Buddy bot. You can find the installers here:The 'installer' will identify any missing, or out-of-date dependencies, and install them for you.

  • Your Windows must be completely patched for the installer to work.
Run Windows Update, and keep running it, until there are no more patches to apply. This may require rebooting your machine several times.
For example, Win7 must have SP1 installed and all subsequent patch updates.
  • You must run the installer with Windows 'administrator' privileges.
Right-click on the installer → "Run as administrator"
  • The installer must be an exception to your AntiVirus.
  • The directory in which you install the Buddy bot must be an exception to your AntiVirus.

Having the same problem, strange considering it's been working fine for a week and nothing and IO mean nothing has changed on my end in that time, I use the installer, reinstalled, repiared, downloaded the/installed the
C++ 2015 package on it's own, still no go. Well hopefully one of you guys will figure out something.
