Hello,

I was curious if anyone had been banned for using wildbuddy with the agility script just for basically macroing your combat rotation to a single button. No automated play, like no botting while questing, etc. It would only be used while at the keyboard, but I just don't know if it's a bannable offense. I would really like to purchase wildbuddy and use it to make my playtime more enjoyable so I didn't have to micromanage my combat rotations and if I could do it with the in game macros I would, but sadly I can't.

I just don't want to lose my wildstar account I've worked so hard on.

I've tried to google carbines stance on macros and stuff because I feel like when the game launched, they didn't care as long as what you were doing wasn't totally automated, ie: as long as you were at the keyboard it was cool, but I've seen a lot of posts from people saying that any sort of macro is bad, be it hardware (mouse / keyboard) or software (autohotkey / wildbuddy / etc).

Does anyone know if there has been a clear answer on this? or know if anyone has been banned for using wildbuddy?

Thanks in advance.

To the best of my knowledge, nobody has been banned from Wildbuddy directly. Obviously if you're botting 24/7 or botting in high population areas, risks go through the roof.

Wildbuddy is currently not detected, but that doesn't make it undetectable. I'd suggest not using any 3rd party stuff with the game if you're worried about losing your account.

Rule #1 of botting: If you don't want to lose it, don't use it.

Ya I just use it for combat rotations, nothing major. Thank you very much for the timely response and the wonderful product =)

Just like with any bot you take the risk. Never had any issues but I have had GMs talk to me in game due to player reports.
