Welcome back!
I see a little negativity in here, but hopefully it won't tarnish your view of DB and the latest Trinity.
As always, keep an eye on the Trinity forum section stickies for the latest "BETA" trinity version (I say "BETA" because the ones that get posted to the forums are really tested BETAs). Latest BETAs can be found via SVN or Discord.
Trinity has more combat routines than ever [nearly all of them have been recently written/tested] and everything comes pre-packaged. The Trinity config has been streamlined down. Make sure you carefully go through each tab to see where everything is.
Note: When picking a profile, I would suggest using the ones found in
DB>Plugins>Trinity>Profiles as they are the most up to date.
Happy Botting!
+1 qvazmir:
Without running in a group, squishy is a bot's worst enemy. You just have to prioritize your survival stats when gearing then maximize your DPS from there. And if that means your DPS is too low for the GR you want, lower GR level a bit. You should aim for 1 or less deaths per rift.
The bot is never going to play like the best players in the world do by hand.
I will add that the majority of "broken routine" reports typically ends up with me requesting a d3Planner of their character... nine times out of ten they GR pushing while:
Missing required gear (occasionally resulting in default routine usage),
Incorrect skills/runes,
Under 500k hitpoints (or missing massive AR/second resists/armor),
Lacking ancients or using ancients with all of the wrong rolls,
Missing required CDR/IAS/other breakpoint,
etc.
