It's been a while since I've seen any information on how to maximize ticks/second so I felt like asking again. I know the basics. Play in windowed, small window, low graphics options/mode. Also, I know in the past there have been the options of cranking up the CPU Priority as well a changing the CPU affinity so it is on a different CPU then the D3 client is running on. Also, I know about the Trinity TPS option. Cranking that up to 30 sometimes helps, etc.
Reason I ask, is that my TPS is generally in the 12-18 range with it dipping down in the 4-8 range during really dense fight sequences. On this same PC when I was using it a year'ish ago, the TPS was a LOT higher. So I'm just chalking it up to DB/Trinity doing a ton more calculations per second.
Still, like I said, if there are any other tricks that I don't know about, or old tricks I shouldn't do... Let me know.
Thanks.
