Thick Leather Rugged leather farm

Hey guys this my first farm profile.Its set in winterspring and farms the Yetis SE of Everlook.Mailbox and repair set to everlook. I use Loot fliter for best results.Ran for 3 hrs with no probs

Its a pretty good profile but why is he standing in front of the dead mob, doing nothing for about 30seconds and suddenly starts skinning ?
