One thing though man... you just identified your account as a botter by posting that report. You could get that overturned... but now they know your connected with this community as well.

tru that!^^^

funny that they didnt mention your bot tho hah xD after thorough examination of your account.

I've been trying to sell it anyway. I can't believe they seen no connection to botting. A plvl 100 barb with 1000+ hours that hasn't left act 3 inferno mp1 since 200 hour mark maybe lol.

I'm glad that you're proud of your actions.. pretty stand-up guy you are.

"Bot doesn't work, let's start spouting racist bullshit."

You win.

eh.. I did something similar to what you did back when I played wow 6 years ago. I started screaming curse words in trade lol... I was ticked about something, I got the same message you got. It isn't a perma ban... usually a 72 hour ban with a warning.. Also.. you should really black out your gamertag. You don't want people sending you friend requests then reporting as a botter.

Account Action: Account Closure
Offense: Bug Exploitation
We have a top notch Quality Assurance team who tirelessly stamp out bugs and design inconsistencies within Diablo III. However, a handful of trained professionals can never isolate and resolve each and every bug in such a deep and complex game accessed simultaneously by thousands of players. You may come across the occasional bug during your adventures. Some bugs are minor and do not affect gameplay, but sometimes these bugs can be used to provide an unfair advantage to certain players or affect the service itself. Factors included in determining the appropriate penalty:
* Whether or not the exploit is performed intentionally, maliciously, and/or repeatedly
* Whether or not the exploit damages another Hero, their gameplay, the service itself and/or its economy
* Whether or not an attempt has been made to conceal the exploit's use

This Diablo III account has been closed by our staff based on a review of the account and all related policy violations, in accordance with the Terms of Use and our In-Game Policies (http://us.battle.net/support/en/article/300722). Note that any open bids or auctions at the time of the account?s closure have been cancelled. Your open bids will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 days for processing depending on the availability of your financial institution. Any bids or auctions completed prior to the account?s closure will neither be refunded nor reversed.

Moving forward, this Diablo III account and any Heroes or items associated with the account are no longer accessible. The only way to continue playing Diablo III is to purchase a new license, or to attempt to recover access by appealing account closure. While closure overturns are very unlikely, we advise that customers pursuing an appeal hold off on purchasing a new Diablo III license until the appeal process has completed. If you add a new Diablo III license, a new account will overwrite your old, without any prior Heroes or items from the closed account.
