They are on to me! Halp!

Hey,

I got 1 of my accounts banned recently. I than changed my MAC address and my ip and started a new account. It got banned before I reached level 10 (I am using QuestPlugin by DBF). I had 2 other machines running at the same time and all got disconnected at the same time. 1 of them got banned as I said. The other one is okay. And here is the weird part; 1 of them said I was logging in from diff. location bla bla and asks for an unlock code. It has been like 6hours and they are not sending me the unlock code. Maybe they are investigating something by keeping me out..

So since my account got banned before reaching level 10, I'm assuming changin ip and MAC is not enough on its own.. Should I do a clean reinstall of PoE as well each time I get a ban?

Something seems strange in there... Changed mac address, you're botting on VMs? Changed IP, What do you mean?

How many bots you run on a single machine?

It's either you got hacker or you did a mistake...

This happened again. I get disconnected, get the "Your account has been locked. Unlock by checking your email" message, and get no mails whatsoever.. What is going on...

Do you have to enter an unlock code ? If so your account is not on the same IP as you registered it on, and or it has been changing its location too much. Also, please follow guides. Although the 1- Merc plugin is fantastic! be sure to keep an eye on it for gearing / dying / chickening.

wow you got banned at lvl 10. That's so scary. I think you got ip banned/flagged.

My advice is change mac and ip and then level a character to atleast 40-60. I always self level to around 31-65 depending on build. all the accounts I've ever self level'd oon then botted and sold havent been banned. I normally do exactly this. Make a char on standard. use all legacy leveling gear liek 1000% facebreakers etc.
then once it gets to 65 I make a char to bot on what ever league. now I use bloodlines. Not even sure if this is necessary but it seems like I've never been flagged I've sold around 8 accounts since beyond.
