The problem is gone now, though I haven't done anything. I was away from the computer for a few days and now when I run the plugin, it starts as expected. I will keep my eyes open for any further occurrences.

Odd i own the tramper gather and wanted to try this out but it says its not for sale. Any ideas? i havnt even used the trail yet.

EDIT: Now researching on the buddy store all your items are not there unless you follow links from already purchased products. I guess your not developing anymore?
