theTramper notify - sms/whatsapp notifications for honorbuddy

Hello Roboto,

I love what your doing here. I am running into 3 problems.

1. When I click on setup theTramper notify a window pops up hat says error: Please enable the Plugin before heading into settings. The thing is, I have enabled the plugin by checking the box in the plugins window. So what is going on here? Please let me know. Oh and the plugin started when honorbuddy started and said I have 15 message limit so it does seem to be running .. sometimes this happens sometimes it works...

2. What is the carrier number? Is that the same as an area code in the USA? I have never heard of that. So if my number is 323 556 6545 do I enter 323 into the carrier number and 5566545 into the actual number?

3. I just died 3 times, and not once did i receive a message... I have all my settings checked and the whole thing enabled.

hi, it won't send a message because it says plugin is under maintenance.. is it really so?

would like to know if it really is or the plugin is broken :P if so i'd really like my money back.

i had to submit a new version to fix an urgent bug

thanks for your feedback.

regarding the "enable before..." issue: think that was most likely caused by yesterdays maintenance which is now resolved, see above post. thank you for your patience.
in addition i have increased the daily message limit a bit an i plan to increase it further and further.
also, some events are filtered, e.g. bot stop events which are caused by a manual stop. (Bot stopping! Reason: User pressed the stop button), as well as dying in BGs (thats common sense...)

regarding 2: (please edit your number if it's your real one)
country prefix: 1
carrier: 32x
number: 556...

tbh it does not really matter what you enter, the number gets joined anyway, it's just to improve readability

3.) the plugin got a spam protection built in. in some cases a message must be 30 seconds apart from the last one, in addition repeating events within a certain amount of time are considered spam as well.
i know about this might be an issue, especially when you're using the onDeath trigger and will be changing it in a future version (most likely change "on death" to "on multiple death") so it's a bit more reliable.

i switched to another sms delivery service lately, see if you still encounter errors, if you do, contact me on skype, i can trace sent sms
 
I finally got my first text! Great! Thank you. I will let you know if it is not working properly. Thank you very much =)

it should be sending real SMS
use the trial to determine if your operator/country is supported by the sms api
 
I got the trial to test and I can't get it to work with a US ATT or a US Verizon phone - even tried installing whatsapp. Followed above instructions for entering phone number carefully. Never get the text. I would really love to have this plugin but I can't get it to actually work.

ya i can confirm there seems to be a problem on the sms providers side sending sms to the US, working on it
 
Roboto you need to add more SMS. I am leveling chars and let they send me a SMS each time they reach a new level. Takes me a couple of hours only before I hit the SMS limit.
You need to increase SOFT/HARDLIMIT.
 
damn, this one does not like me :(
tried 2 different numbers with different carriers. And i still get nothing.
though i can see the sms limit number decreasing.
(EU Vodafone and T-Mobile)
