theTramper: gather

Found my toon trying to get under a bridge forever. Had PoF on so he's walking on the water trying to get under but couldn't fit...just kept mounting and dismounting while walking into the bridge:

the only issue i see in this seemed to be caused by your CC, what does happen when using singular?

Bot just stands there and dies when in combat near node.

Can you add an option to disable mounting? This is useful for rogues because we are faster with BoS and nightstalker, plus when stealthed we don't pull mobs.

It probably wouldn't happen with Singular since Singular has a problem with refreshing Path of Frost...so the bot would just easily swim under the bridge. But that's...not quite the fix I'm looking for lol...

so in that case it'd be a smart idea to either report that to Bobby on his singular thread and get that fixed beforehand

Yep. But how would that fix the pathing issue? Would the bot just not try to pass through the bridge with Singular even if PoF was on?
 
Ok! So this is new for me...Regardless of which combat routine I use, Singular or Necro, my bot will stop at a node with a mob near it and just stand there, without fighting back, until he dies. I'm not sure if this is a GatherBuddy, Tramper, or HB issue.

Ok, I did as you instructed and the bot seems to be defending itself just fine now. Is there anything you can do about the pathing issue I posted on a few pages back?

first off, run a real clean install (delete HB folder AND Mesh Folder, located in %AppData%),

consider to disable PureRotation as it keeps on spamming this error:

Yeah this is weird. It happened again, and as soon as I opened up the UI options for Singular, the routine kicks in and kills the mob. Any ideas?


Update: I ruled out coincidence. I was able to reproduce this with Singular a couple more times. I'm going to try Necrophiliac again, see if it does the same thing.


I apologize...that log I attached about the bot not attacking was the wrong log. The file manager was defaulted to the previous version of HB's log folder and I was pulling it from there. It's fixed now and you will be getting the proper logs.

tried it out, did not help.

give it time until HB is available as "Release" Quality,
it seems the current test version got some bugs

i dont do any pathings myself, so i can just guess.
will be looking into it today tho

Now that we got those other issues fixed, if this pathing issue gets fixed...all that would be left (that I can think of) is the pathing through enemy camps, elities, and world bosses!

which is done by Honorbuddy itself ;)
it's however possible to fix it by decreasing the step sizes
