I found a script in DB called Manual Steering Combat Routine that sounds like what you are looking for. I do not know whether it has been maintained, but it is nothing more than the following code in a file:

<Profile>
<Name>Giles Combat testing</Name>
<KillMonsters>True</KillMonsters>
<PickupLoot>True</PickupLoot>
<Order>
<ToggleTargeting combat="True" looting="True" lootRadius="50" killRadius="50" />
</Order>
</Profile>

use any .xml profile you already have or create a new one and copy/paste the toutine into it.

It worked great when I used it last.
