-----> The Time To Prepare For Some Serious Money Making Is NOW

Clearly you haven't been in the game or lack experience/connections.

Trading with 3rd party sites is WAY better than going through Blizzard's auction house. You just need to make enough where they come to YOU via Skype all day long buying and within seconds you both have what you want with no bs fees or waits.

So answer me this then, are they paying more than 25$ a billion gold? I know for Poe you have to go through dealers and stuff but ..

Do you have any idea how chargebacking works? If you had even a little background knowledge about it you wouldn't come in here and say trading with 3rdparty sites and random ppl off the AH is completely safe. I don't which game or currency you're talking about but, afaik you're talking about Diablo 3 right?

So answer me this then, are they paying more than 25$ a billion gold? I know for Poe you have to go through dealers and stuff but ..

Question you should be asking: are they paying more than 10$ a billion gold?

Well why, you can still your gold for 10million/25 cents without the transaction fees.
is that the rate you are selling at?

Dudes, 3rd party sites have ALWAYS been buying gold like 2 times cheaper than you can sell it on the RMAH, in order to have any chance to be competitive, when they are selling it.
Anyhow, gold isn't important. It is the item drops that bring in cash, so all this is meaningless. Nowadays gold is merely an additional income to your item sells.

gph is a meaningless stat now when reading db/trinity logs, but saying "gold" isn't important is just wrong. gold is still at least 50-60% of my earnings.

As if Blizzard would reset RMAH items lol

For example:
Ladder league will have only AH items, default league will have AH+RMAH; after reset ur char come to default league
And there u have final blow to D3 economy and ur "serious money making" - hardcore players (BiS buyers) gonna play ladder and skip default + RAHM

So only 3rd party sites max

why do you think they would cut their $ producer out of a premier part of the game? what logic?

they are bringing console version to get rid of the whiners that dont want rmah. so why would they gut their profits?

they would copy/paste current AH's and have 2 sets imo.

you spend $100 on ladder items knowing full well that in 6 months they roll to non ladder. they will just add another 1 line sentence to the buyout confirmation dialog box.

No bs fees and waits, you say, how about scamming? I have tried out many different "services" that allow you to "trade" and i've never felt safe. A friend of mine got scammed out of some very good gear 6 or so months back. So yeah, it is possible, but far less safe. That said, how are you gonna advertise yourself into becoming the "go to" guy for something? Have you ever actually tried that? I have, before botting i used to craft stuff for profit (even tho it was a joke) on a stream. I had lower prices then everyone and people still would go to craft in a famous streamer's crafting session. Point is, it is really not that simple- AH(RMAH) gives you direct access to the market, which is priceless. If there was a go to website for trading/selling/buying items that everyone visited, it could be as simple as u said it is, but you'd still have to worry about being scammed.

Cheers

Again it is called building connections and having experience. If you are getting scammed period you shouldn't be trading anything online.

After what they did with BoA (killing amulet / bracers / shoulders market) I have no idea what they will do. I was superb optymistic that their every step will be to make profit somehow.
For examnple they still didnt add item mixer (take 3 legends, mix, have 1 uid same legend), but added BoA and u know what did it do.

Lets keep hope anyway.. ; ) No idea how they cant realize that pvp arenas + item mixers (and maybe gamling gold for random items) would repair economy for long long months.

Thats possible and I would like to see they made it that way.

I think they understand these points more now than they did before, and like i said before ... i believe they are hoping the console port gets rid of most of the whiners that would vote against changes like these that the game desperately needs.

you cant balance a game for single player and multi player at the same time in an item hunt game like this with the accessibility that the auction house offers. they knew/know this but they have to appease the mass casuals as they (like it or not) outnumber the 6-10 hours a day guys.

i used to wonder why they didn't just have single player from the start, but the more i thought about it... the more i realized why would they when they can sell the single player as a stand alone console port?

i think they know what they are doing, and it seems like crafting was just something to hold the casuals on until the console port got here. hopefully after that releases they will continue making changes that better the game w/o having to worry about shithooks whining about not getting a 6cc mempo every 37 seconds and in the same breath ask why is economy fuked up.

50%? Wait a minute, dude, how much gold do you get? Moreover, don't you sell items? Gold is like 3% of my botting income.. Yesterday i sold a skorn for 112 euro or 95 Euro after blizz/ppal cut. So, that is like.. 5.2 bil gold. I don't get it.. do you like.. sell all your stuff for gold and then sell the gold? Cuz by GOLD i mean the gold i get from GPH and non-rmah-worthy item sells and it doesn't come close to item drop earnings.

I don't wanna jinx myself or anything, but i haven't been scammed ever. And i have bought like 20 accounts on these forums alone. But when it comes to trading stuff, i do two things. First, i trust people and treat them well, hoping i will get the same attitude. Secondly, it is always a small amount of money involved (like 20-30 euro) so i can live with myself if i get scammed. There ain't no good way to trade digital items and be safe, trust me, i have tons of experience on eBay as well. eBay policy states, that they don't care about digital items and if you get scammed it is your problem not theirs. PayPal is almost the same. All in all, it is always down to luck. If you think otherwise you are obviously wrong.

How much are you guys making at the moment a month per bot on average? I no longer bot D3 ATM due to how horrible the market is now. I believe too many bottors joined this market thinking D3 was going to be as big as WoW.

TBH, i stopped calculating things like bot/average long time ago, cuz i am afraid it will look pathetic :) all i do now, is copy the income numbers from paypal to my excel spreadsheet. Maybe i'd like to do analytics sometime in the future, but now is not that time :)))

Well from what I see this bot still only does around 500-800k/gold an hour which comes out to like $5-$10/month per bot approx then items come in to that factor.

I'm confused why this bot still only does that amount of gold per hour while others can now do well over 2mil/hour per bot.

Dude, this bot produces items. No one makes any profit from picked up gold with DB. You pick up items then sell these items for money or gold and the the gold for money. WTF? :)

2 mil per hour is ENTIRELY impossible for a bot, assuming we are talking about a bot only, a program that automates what a human would do. We are not talking for the combination of bot and hack(bot exploit) that flies/teleports over the map and gets you banned in 2 weeks TOPS. So, to answer your question, DB team has this policy of no cheating/hacking/exploiting and this is exactly why this bot does pretty much what a human can do, while some other programs that involve exploiting can do more.

You are thinking small scale, I only do things in big scale.

I won't name the bot but this bot does 2.5mil an hour and has special features to reduce computer resources allowing you to run more bots than you can with DB.

You sound very stupid trying to convince me it is possible to make 2 mil an hour when I just was saying this very thing.

I am thinking like someone who has actually done this and you are thinking like the kid you are. I am tired of arguing with idiots anyway. Go use BotExploit with your big scale plan, buy 10 accounts and get banned for 2 weeks then go cry like the rest of the retards who pick up gold. Or, buy 150 acocunts and 2 server machines and go compete with the Chinese farmers everyone here so much loves to talk about. Either way, your big scale plan is full of shit.

Cheers

p.s. none of the bot exploit features is a secret. people can read about that on their forum, just like you read about DB here.

Also I'd like to add: please stop bringing up these shitty threads every few months.

I do wish db could get cpu usage down more, and get the town run routine to where you can keep unid's and still use book of cain.

Those 2 things would still help db out a lot. It does pretty much everything else excellent.
