The servers being not usable the last few weeks / months statement

people pay for 360 days not 300 if you have any problems can 'happen, but not that the staff go clubbing while I pay, the contact does not say that at the weekend the bot is not active
The ability to bot or not seems to be the least of your problems. You lack the simple knowledge of how many days are in the year and first grade level math.
 
I did only pay for 1 day, and i did not even get into the bot, before it said that authentication failed..

I hope they will reset or atleast give me my money back :/

Hi can we get rid of all the pirox bot customers, they are trashing the forum with junk...

They don't need logs for THIS issue. It's an auth issue and they have probably already seen hundreds of logs, so relax.
 
Stop feeding the troll. He is obviously mocking the usual response to a problem, which is to post logs etc.
 
this bot changed my life, my family's also. cant wait until its fixed.

Okay, I just have to post this.

Guys, stop whining. Most of us have been botting long enough to at least have had our fair share of the program, looking as to what we had to pay for it.
True, the message was way to negative, so I can understand why people reacted the way they do. Next time try not to use the terms "if ever" so loosely.

Now to all the people complaining here: yes we paid money for this service. Yes the service is grinding to a halt for the time being. HOWEVER the use of this service on a live Blizzard service is illegal, by Blizzards rules. Worst case scenario you won't get banned because you can't bot.
Getting a new WoW account with MoP is definitely more expensive then what we paid for this bot.

Instead of complaining and getting frustrated over not being able to use the bot we could all go back to old fashioned gaming like the game was supposed to be. You might be making less money then while botting, but I'm sure you'll survive that.
 
what bossland is saying is we WILL get this resolved, all we're asking for is a little patience here.

I wake up, start WoW, start HB, doesn't work. (after a 3 hour queue on my server), I fly around do my dailies blah blah

I come back hours later, same thing, want to level/dung/raid, start wow, wait 3 hours to log in (not this guys fault, that is another story), I cant start HB

I come back, hours later (days now) want to do what ever it is the hell I want to do when I play wow, and I cant as this doesn't work, again...

so a little patience? I read from Bossland that the issue is partly due to the increase in players from the popularity of the Bot when MoP came out, so they, like Blizz, are happy to take the increased numbers, without consideration of the ability to use the product (HB claims limited knowledge in the support of the technology, Blizz doesn't claim anything, they offer free xfer to crap low pop server). Either way, I cant use this product due to lack of their ability to get it running.

does that seem right or fair? I don't want my money back, it was hardly a dent to my wallet, I would be more than interested to pay a monthly subscription IF they could guarantee a product that was worth paying ongoing payments for, if you attempted to get monthly subscriptions for it as it is, this company would go belly up, double edged sword I guess...

with the lack of ongoing updates to the front of these posts, I will come home again, log into a 3 to 4 hour queue, only to find that the HB doesn't work, or there is another issue blah blah blah...
 
for all you that are sitting there telling the dev team how awful they are grow up... its obliviously a big problem that is gonna take some time to fix it. you obliviously dont have the intelligence to do what they do so what gives you the right? just shut up and let them do what they gotta do.
 
If you do not want to be stressed, restarting your Bot twice a hour for the next few days, please stop it. And wait until, if ever, we come with an reliable solution for that issue.

Bossland I Really liked your work ever since I knew you but I really hate to say that.

You mean by "ever" that you and your team have no plans to fixing anything and you like the way it goes with all issue and now I suggest that we all here cut our loss and you Bossland should shut down and admit that you lost pro level, saying that to the public means one thing that you don't give a shit about them.

I really had to make myself clear but I really hope things gose better I always support you and always be.

if its true what you are saying then you also should say that you earned same amount of money times 5 or even more last month only with HB, or you dont know how to use this bot when its working and if that is the case then you wasted your money no matter if bot is working or not.
babysitting the bot is not an earning. I have earned much more, but i lose much while babysitting or not boting at all. Do you ever seen people losing their money, while spending their lifes near the monitors and do not become a little angry? )

PS: Servers are not easy to fix, especially when it is not their software that has the bug, if you read the announcements made they say it's a sql connector BUG
