The servers being not usable the last few weeks / months statement

If you do not want to be stressed, restarting your Bot twice a hour for the next few days, please stop it. And wait until, if ever, we come with an reliable solution for that issue.
this is ridiculous. i just bought it and was not aware of this. i cant even log in. auth err everytime. heres a tip. stop selling your bot until you get your shit straight ffs.

I've never whined once about DB being down and I don't plan on starting now. The "victimized customers" of these forums are nothing more than children and shouldn't be taken seriously. Do you whining kids really think demoralizing the Buddy team with your insults and childish raging is going to make them work faster? Would you do better on a college exam if the professor was yelling at you while you were taking it? How about instead of being dicks to the buddy team, you just shut up and let the pros handle this while mommy breastfeeds you?

If you have so much free time on your hands to whine on forums, maybe you should just learn how to program and make your own multi-million dollar business and spend all day dealing with whining idiots on your forums, then you can see how it feels. I worked in the customer service industry during high school and the only thing that made my job hard was self-entitled whiney customers trying to make things difficult for no reason other than boredom. In fact, next time you guys go to a fast food restaurant, try bitching out the staff and see how good your burgers come out. Maybe they'll go easy on the spit.

If you are not happy whit the software, you have 15 days to ask for a refund.

Im sure the devs are working as hard as they can to fix the Auth issue.
 
It seems that with all effort put into fixing the issue, the issue gets only bigger.

And even if i say, that i am sorry, it would not really matter, because what happens is totally irresponsable. And should have never happened. But it did.

The other problem is that we are very limited with developers and times that the developers can spend on the Nav and Auth issues. And if it was easy to find more, i would have done that.

You will see the auth bugging at least few more days, do not hope that it gets better over the weekend, there is no one here to fix it over the weekend.

Well fix as soon as possible or give our money back!
Btw, the old bot version have worked fine for like several months so why dont just use the old settings and use that bot ? i love honorbuddy but this is just too much.. there have been so much errors with it the last 4-5 weeks, and now it doesnt work AT ALL.. Fix it now, thats what we pay you to do, if u cant find another admin who can help you, you should hire one, because you have enought money to hire like 10000new admins. so just do whatever it takes to fix it..
 
Holy shit I just bought the bot like a week ago and have maybe used it for 1 night where it actually was able to do it's job itself, the other nights I had people telling me (I was at a LAN) that it crashed a couple of times and that they started it for me again. Now that I'm back home I always wake up to the bot having crashed maximum 2hr after I started it so it hasn't farmed anything.... honestly 40€ for like 2 days of frustrating botting is direct a rip-off (since your product page doesn't mention anything about the bot being offline, until fixed, 'if ever'). I can understand your situation but honestly you are killing your rep. by not notifying new users. I've been using honorbuddy before without problems (haven't used it much after patch though) so I expected demonbuddy would work as well. If you don't have the devs for it why not recruit some more? Or if you are giving up you should release the source so someone could fix it so the rest of us could use a working product, I know if I had something to work with I'd fix it.
 
They wont release a shit to the masses , if they quit they will sell source for good money to several private parties.
 
i'd rather not see bossland posting on the forums so i know atleast 1 person is working on the bot. Just put some damn sprinkles on this shit and get it over with already.

Maybe its cause ive been around too long, maybe its cause I have a life-time key, who knows. But this doesn't bother me 1 bit.

The issue was slightly expected but who woulda guessed it hit as hard as it did. Oh well. Patience is a virtue.

Give your toons a vacation im sure they well deserve after filling your pockets with the hard earned cash you are rewarded from their work (for most anyways).

Any for those asking about meshes that are client-side and not server side, I am pretty sure it existed one day, one day long ago and trust me, downloading them like we do now will prevent you from turning into a even worse QQ'ing rage flamer. How easy HB is now compared to what it was once before is the only reason sales go up causing this. The same goes for blizz, they make the game easier, more show up.

Maybe one day I will understand the crying over these issues, until then, break time.


But maybe, just maybe, more need to respect what HB staff is doing, notice they designed a very simple program for you to easily exploit a top mmo game at a click of a button (for the most part). How many designed it? And all you do is click a button for your toon to follow a mesh, notice mobs, notice ore, notice loot, almost play like a real player other than its not. Have you also noticed Blizz isnt all too happy with them over the last year or so? Think that doesnt have them partially on their toes as well?

Disable auth server till its fixed? Let us run the bot?

People read they may use something they payed money for and got used to when, if ever, you come with a solution. And now they are worried. What a bunch of noobs.

You should not be sorry for everything. It can happen and if it gets fixed, good for everyone, still thank you & the team for providing us the great service

For what its worth Boss I've had more than my moneys worth from this bot in terms of fun value over the last couple of years.
So if its going down the tubes then...'So long and thanks for all the fish!' :)

On the other hand servers are just a matter of money and perhaps www.elance.com will have suitable programmers for you to use.

Either way I shall check in again next week, hoping for the best and wish you success in everything whether your software stays of goes.
 
Do OWNEDCORE have any Devs there that could help with the bot?
Maybe in D2JSP too ?
