The servers being not usable the last few weeks / months statement

Although i can appreciate some loyalty, I have to say: What a bunch of BS.

Even though they know their product is faulty at this moment, they STILL sell it.

I'll repeat this one more time, because it really shows how they 'value' their customers.

They are knowingly selling a faulty product!

Yes, from the looks of it HB used to be the best bot in town. Awesome work and thumbs up for that. But the fact is, you can't run a company on results achieved in the past, and if even the owners are stating not to expect and quick fix soon, it's a HUGE sign HB is dying and will be dead in the foreseeable future.

Don't bitch the bitchers. we are living in a result oriented world and if people/companies cannot deliver they will be put out of business.

Other alternatives are out there and are reaching the level of HB. my money is on (and in) them.

I still Farm GOld/BG?s/Alt?s from 1-90 etc and that JUST with HB.. so ctly trhe main point of botting is covred.. IT FARMS HERBS AND MINES!!!!!! so its a working Product... Archy bot etc are BONUS BOTBASES IN THE HB DL PACKAGE!!!! you will know if you read the Archybot thread.... ahja and if ppl can read the letter the 1 guy posted and sayd Bossland like to get sued" hahaha that letter is a lot of bullshit and shouldnt work here sincee its a OFFICIAL letter to cancel Generell Software Products but not this 1... lol.... since we anyway just can refund after a short while after paying!!!!

If you have serious problem with NAV heres the solution - Turn it OFF. Or implement it so it can be run client side not server side.
Yeah, totally do it server side so I can finally see how it's done.
 
It seems that with all effort put into fixing the issue, the issue gets only bigger.

And even if i say, that i am sorry, it would not really matter, because what happens is totally irresponsable. And should have never happened. But it did.

The other problem is that we are very limited with developers and times that the developers can spend on the Nav and Auth issues. And if it was easy to find more, i would have done that.

You will see the auth bugging at least few more days, do not hope that it gets better over the weekend, there is no one here to fix it over the weekend.

If you do not want to be stressed, restarting your Bot twice a hour for the next few days, please stop it. And wait until, if ever, we come with an reliable solution for that issue.

I want my money back -.-

If making sure those coders get paid is an issue then perhaps its time to reconsider your pricing model. I'll admit I've been wickedly happy with the amount of use, fun, and quality I've gotten for my stupidly low priced lifetime 3 man license. I I'd be thrilled to never have to pay another dime. But, a company needs cash flow and when its in full form HB is a very valuable product. Even that piece of crap Mimic charges $10USD a month. And people pay it. Yes, some customers will be pissed and whine and cry and quit if you go subscription but you weren't likely to get much more money out of them anyway.
Yeah, a monthly subscription makes sense for a company that has running maintenance costs. I wouldn't mind myself. But I guess it's just as much a question of finding the right people. Most good coders have solid day jobs that they need to keep focus on. Also, working on a bot may not be something you can put on your professional CV. I can't. That's a big minus if I'm gonna spend any serious amount of time on it. I'm not the best candidate but still I've never offered my help because I know that I'd never spend the time required on it, and it would just become a bad situation. I'm sure the same is true for many others. The list of actually available, good coders that have the experience needed to contribute to a project like this is really very tiny.

I use honorbuddy in several accounts that I bought Im with you guys SINCE DAY ONE but this is unacceptable, this is the 1st time I ever complain since midle LK expansion when I bought my 1st Honorbuddy account , this is not about not knowing how to use the bot if you cant MANAGE THE DAMN AUTH SERVER FOR NOW TURN IT OFF FFS and let us use the bot that we paid for , REALLY SAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can ask for more money I dont care but turn that thing off I want to level please!!!!!!

I dont post here very often but I would just like to tell Bossland that I appreciate the time and effort you and your team pur into this product. I myself work as a DBA/Support technician at a small company and I know that problems can come fast, I also know that most customers have no understanding of how difficult some issues are to resolve quickly.

So just a post in the opposing direction than most whiners here, thanks for your time. This bot will be good again, I am still amazed about how awesome it is. Especially coming from Pirox and Glider before that.

I am going to make this clear and concise, and I don't really care what anyone thinks. I'm saying this because I need to, and some of you need to hear it. You guys are the biggest bunch of fucking cry babies I have seen in years. Anywhere. I understand, you all paid money for a product. But if you go throwing 30$ around and not doing any research day after day, I don't know where you're going to end up in life. This isn't Microsoft. This is HonorBuddy. Shit goes wrong from time to time. And it's still better than any other bot out there. I know this issue is going to get fixed, I just know it. He said straight up, he doesn't have any developers to work on it. Most products if you bought them from Microsoft or Apple, their offices might even be closed on the weekend and you'd have to wait until Monday to even call them and talk to a real human being and not some computer. Have some God damn respect for the people around here. MoP has been out less than a month, Blizzard is releasing patch after patch, hotfix after hotfix. These guys got their fuckin' hands blazing fast trying to keep HonorBuddy able to run. And all you guys can do is bitch and cry about how they aren't working hard enough. These people have lives too man, maybe none of you can comprehend that. I sure as hell can, that's why I got the bot in the first place.

This is all coming from a guy that just completely drained his bank account getting 2 new PCs and could barely afford HonorBuddy and I only got to use it for one day so far. So shut the fuck up and stop bitching. I don't know Boss, but I can see the issue is going to be fixed. He's as pissed off as anyone, he's taking all the blame. Go download Zygor's guide or some shit to level and grind if you got such a problem with Boss or HonorBuddy.

Im here since day one and never saw this like this...Im here even before they started to use MESH because of some retard *****ed the bot so GET LOST i know what Im talking about Im a programer for living ok...they dont turn that off so they dont lose money but they should for 2 or 3 weeks until they FOUND OUT what is happening...I can pay more BOSSLAND TELL ME HOW CAN I PAY MORE 50 euros I DONT CARE, you know im a client since day one LET ME PAY MORE BUT TURN IT OFF PLEASE..thanks!

Quite possible that this happens only in 2 weeks?

That to me is frankly not a solution;)
I've said it before a few months before .. Why do you not like the snow storm with the authenticator ... 1x server log ... next 5-10 logins without query ...
Or building a server to a license of 1 times a day to connect

Ich habe es bereits vor ein paar monaten schon einmal gesagt.. Warum macht ihr es nicht so wie der Schneesturm mit den Authenticators... 1x Server Login... n?chsten 5-10 logins ohne abfrage...
Oder baut einen Lizenzkey ein der sich 1 mal am Tag zum server connect

Why not sir Boss if your having problems getting people to be willing to work weekends do like everyone else toss money at them til they say ok fine lol. I made a post about putting in a vote system to get top get profile writers a min 5-10 dollar donation option in order to get better finished profiles with less bugs.

The same idea can be used to ensure a steady amount of money for continued dedication from Dev I mean honestly it's doesn't have to be a ton but 5 bucks even from all the customers I am sure would help solve man power issues. The donation could be monthly or even perhaps one time for new content releases. The new people that buy the HB can always get the newest updates when buying.

I make my own profiles I always had...I take WEEKS somethimes to make the profiles..and yes I never saw any bot as good as that Im thank you for everything you have done for 25 euros so let us pay please MORE and people that dont wants to pay should GO TO HELL!!!!!!!!!!!! but please turn that off so i can use profiles that i took WEEKS MONTHS TO DO... :)
