is it dangerous to disable it or is it safe?its upon you to disable it
Yes it is dangerous. Botting is always dangerous.is it dangerous to disable it or is it safe?
It's gone on mine tooi can see it on mine, make sure its updated
Botting was never the same. Its just like the league of legends cheat scene. Stuff gets detected they figure out the patterns, its always a cat and mouse chase but eventually the cat gets you for good.
I just feel its kind of fucked up that they took all our lifetime memberships, made us re-pay, sold legendary buddy status' (feelbadman for all of you) and then went quite still accepting payments.
Nice exit scam. Good thing i stopped botting during MoP.
You agree to the ToS so they can scan whatever they want sadly, and they could go further, and they did with the new TOS that was released couple months ago.
I'm no lawyer so i don't know how far they can go with the scanning.
It seems to be a ninja patch now
Can you expand on the legal decisions for some of the cases and if arguments against addiction and harm or disability discrimination were used. Especially with controversy brewing over lootbox gambling to kids.
The message for uk players states,
"that the sale of its software which it sells as Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy, Demonbuddy, Hearthbuddy, Stormbuddy and Watchover Tyrant, to any person resident in the United Kingdom, constitutes an infringement of Blizzard’s intellectual property rights and an inducement to players of Blizzard’s games to breach their agreements with Blizzard."
I don't see how a program is breaching IP and the UK is meant to protect the public from unfair agreements.
Laws like the Unfair_Contract_Terms_Act_1977 and unfair-terms-in-consumer-contracts-regulations-1999 .
