If u gonna camp it circling in X times be very careful as there are always campers who will notice ur same movements. Camping one spot would be more stealthy. if u gonna circle and stuff use different profilles with profile changer and mix em up hard. Even then when camping few days a camper will check you out and fly with you. :)
 
Thanks! I know and I am careful about it and monitor it frequently. I also use Katz profile changer to switch between the quartz profile and the round profile, it would just be really sweet to have a circling profile that covers all the spawn points to greatly increase our chances of finding Aeonaxx.

Ya I will. Sadly I havnt seen him at all and iv camped pretty much 24/7 for the last 3 days. He has to spawn eventually
 
Seen him once a week so camping will be pretty annoying and hard in such a small place :)
 
People on wowhead say that when you hop on Aeonaxx, you need to turn your character to his tail, so you'll be able to attack him.
Does the plugin do that?
 
Aeonaxx is a special implemented Mob:
There are the friendly one, this one is the Mount. This one also has a Form which you can see. He's the one who spawns first and which you can mount up. Then he becomes a Mount like the Griffons of the Flight paths.
If you mount the Friendly, another Mob (additional the the friendly one) appears: the unfriendly Aeonaxx. Its a Mob without a Form and it appears inside the Friendly one, the Mount. This one you must kill. I implemented that he will face the unfriendly target before he starts fighting and checks this facing several times. He will also face the little stone drakes. So theoretically it should work.

Now we only need one Guy who finds Aeonaxx who can report what really happens...

I will take another look at the Spawnpoints and the Small Round. I didn't know, that the Reach of NPC-Scan (nearly the Same as the Bot has) is so low.
Because I heard, that if you place your Toon between the Entry of Stonecore and the Portstone you have 4 of 6 Spawnpoints in reach of NPC-Scan.

Just a Hint:
Only tested Rotas for Aeonaxx are now:
Priest, Shaman Elementar and DK. So please, if you want to hunt Aeonaxx with another Toon, check if the Rota works fine for you first and gimme Feedback.
You can check them by placing your Toon in reach of a Raiders Training Dummy and set up: Test Aeonaxx Rota. Then simply start the Bot.

came in to see that Aeonaxx had spawned, but my toon looked to be in the exact same spot. Log is as follows:

No screenshots or anything about combat in the wow combatlog, so not sure what happened.

Thanx for the seperation of hearth/exit wow concerning the player following. I have another request, possible to add an ignore player list or something. I run multiple bot, often times in the same zone. I have noticed that when I do that, I cause myself to log out for following too long, would be nice if I could avoid my own toons.

Oh Blizz, please set the respawntime of Aeonaxx to 1 hour, maybe just for 1 week. I really really had to test many many things :(

Does it autosave the screenshots to a particular area? I tried pasting in paint, but there was no screenshot.
 
What i can say is when i saw aeonaxx at all aucations i was at my pc. It triggered and found it and flew to it. But as i earlier said all allready mounted so couldnt catch up.
 
In the Screenfolder of your WOW
I just use the Lua function of WOW to make Screens.
 
I will try to find a logg when it has it spotted. Should be able to do this ,this evening i hope. Because it was with the old bot and think i deleted them all (incl loggs :s)

Ok found this logg but it aint much :)
It was allr mounted when i saw it. It took a while to change of ID
One time i let it do its thing and tried to follow it but returned to camping spot as it flew fast away.

Try to make a fresh Honorbuddy. So get the new one and dont overwrite stuff. Just take settingsfolder and plugins + profiles.
***don't overwrite!** This should fix it.
 
Delete Archbuddy in your Botsfolder ;)
Archbuddy is now a Part of HB itself. If you have the old one also in the Botfolder, you have it double installed, an this occures in this failure.
 
Maybe its me but when i receive whispers or anything of that sort i dont get a timestamp next to the message. It would be nice that it would directly give a timestamp next to it :) So if i receive some i know when does are told without going searching the logg :s
